Review Policy

1. Why we have this policy

Reviews help you decide what to buy. This policy explains where the reviews on dogluxe.store come from, what we check, how we moderate them and how you can report a review you think is not genuine. We use Judge.me to collect and display reviews.

2. Types of reviews on our site

Dogluxe customer reviews: written by people who ordered from dogluxe.store. We invite customers to review after delivery. When a review can be matched to an order in our store, Judge.me may show a "Verified" badge. We cannot add that badge ourselves.
Imported reviews: reviews originally posted on AliExpress by shoppers reviewing the same product. Each one is labelled as a review from another provider. They are not purchases made at Dogluxe, and they never carry a "Verified" badge.

3. Imported reviews

We only import reviews from an AliExpress listing after checking that it is the same product we sell: the same design, materials, dimensions, mechanism and variants. We keep a record of that check. If we are not confident that a listing is the same product, we do not import its reviews.
We cannot verify the identity of AliExpress reviewers or confirm that they bought the product. We rely on AliExpress's own systems and on our moderation described below.
We do not show the full names of imported reviewers, because we cannot verify them.
We do not translate, edit or rewrite review text ourselves.
If the product we sell changes in a way that matters, we remove imported reviews that no longer describe it.

4. Verification

We never describe a review as coming from a verified buyer unless it has been matched to a Dogluxe order. We do not change star ratings, and we do not rewrite what reviewers say.

5. How we moderate reviews

Every review is checked by a person before it is published. We apply the same rules to every review, whatever its star rating. We publish negative and positive reviews alike, and we never remove a review simply because it is critical. We may remove, or not publish, a review only if it:

is a duplicate of another review;
is fake or suspected to be fake, based on specific evidence;
is spam or advertising;
is about a different product, or contains no experience of the product itself (for example, it only discusses another seller's delivery, packaging or price, or says the product has not been used yet);
contains offensive or unlawful content, or personal information;
must be removed for legal reasons.

We record the reason for each removal.

6. Star ratings and review counts

The average star rating and review count on each product include all published reviews, both Dogluxe customer reviews and imported reviews. Hidden or removed reviews are not included.

7. Duplicates

If the same review appears more than once, we keep one copy and remove the others.

8. Incentivised reviews

We do not pay for reviews or offer discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for them. If we ever offer an incentive in future, those reviews will be clearly labelled as incentivised, and the reward will never depend on the review being positive.

9. Fake reviews

We do not write, commission or buy reviews, and nobody working for Dogluxe reviews our products.

10. How to report a review

If you think a review is fake, misleading, duplicated or about a different product, email miguelcontactx26@gmail.com with the subject "Review report", the product name and a short description of the review. We aim to reply within 5 working days. While we investigate a credible report, we may hide the review. We will tell you the outcome.

11. Records

For each import we keep a record of the source listing, the date, the settings used, and the moderation decision and reason for each review. We keep these records for at least 2 years.
