Refund policy

30-day returns

  • You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
  • This is on top of your legal right to cancel within 14 days (EU consumer law).
  • To start a return, email miguelcontactx26@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  • We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or approving your claim for a damaged or faulty item).
  • Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Cannot be returned

  • Grooming items that have been used on a pet, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
