2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the products. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Product use

Always supervise your pet when using grooming tools and toys. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged.
Colours may look slightly different from photos depending on your screen.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
